• How does the Automatos Express software work?

  The user receives the access account to the Automatos portal. With this account, the user can monitor the IT infrastructure in real time and receive reports on performance, capacity planning and inventory. Through the portal, the user can create accounts, download agents, generate reports and monitor the systems in real time. The agent gathers, compresses, encodes and sends data on the system securely through the Internet to the Automatos analyzer. The Automatos analyzer receives and stores the data, which is analyzed and interpreted automatically to provide the user with conclusive information.

• Where is my company's information stored? Is it a secure place?

  All data collected sent to Automatos' Servers are stored in a Data Center with restriced and controlled access. No sensitive information is collected from the machines. For example, Automatos only measures the amount of time a Word program was used, but it does not record keystrokes containing user information.

3. Next, you will receive your account to access the Automatos Express Portal.

6. The installation is automatic; just follow the directions displayed on your computer screen.
